Marriott Rewards (including Ritz-Carlton) - Booking Multiple Rooms

Not sure where to post this. I am looking for rules on booking multiple rooms for a week long vacation at a marriot resort. Should I expect marriott points for both rooms and credit to my nights stayed x's 2? I am using my marriott rewards premier card for both of these and both rooms are under my name. My points and nights posted to my account but they look like they are only credit for one of the two rooms.

You should get points for both, nights for one. Are you sure you had your MR number on both rooms?
