Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - Miles 4 Flights | Anyone used them?

Lately I am seeing ad banners here on FT for a company called Miles 4 Flights www.miles4flights.com (http://www.miles4flights.com). They offer a very interesting service, where for a small service fee they find you award seats on flights using your airline miles and/or credit card points.

Has anyone used them?

I got no response here so I decided to go ahead and give them a shot myself.

I was truly amazed by their friendly service and in depth knowledge of the industry. Going forward I will always use them to redeem my airline miles.

Their fee is also very reasonable. We went back and forth several times with the airline options and dates all for less than $200 USD.
