Emirates Skywards - Cash plus miles

Apologies if this has been posted before but I was wondering if Emirates has cancelled for good it's Cash plus miles monthly specials? I had called the call centre in Dubai and no one could give me an answer.

Apparently cash plus miles are not available this summer.

But I've also been told they are just behind schedule.

Who knows?

I know, I got 3 differenent answers from 3 different agents, one even told me to log it with their IT department?.
