One Grand Prize: one adventure travel package trip. Grand Prize will be awarded as (1) $4,500 travel certificate which could be applied toward travel to any destination of Winner’s choice (or used for any other purpose consistent with the terms/conditions of the certificate). Sponsor will select issuer of travel certificate in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs and expenses not expressly specified in these Official Rules including, but not limited to, all travel
expenses in excess of certificate value as stated herein. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal and state taxes on prize. Sponsor will report the value of travel certificate to the IRS as taxable income for the Winner. Subject to all applicable federal and state laws. No substitution, cash redemption (except as may be required by law), assignment or transfer of prize permitted but the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that offered prize is unavailable for any reason.
