The A345 does have the new first class suite (I flew on it last week) however the J class has not been updated. Have a good trip!

Yes, as you would expect for a larger aircraft. They also have the large toilet/dressing room facility.

Although with that in mind the new 773s (an even larger plane) will only have two rows of F for a total of 8 seats.
