Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - CX Website Booking - no economy fares?
Trying to book a one-way HKG-JFK flight in late August, and just discovered that the website only gives me Y class economy fares, and to make matters worse, those fares don't even exist - only Premium Economy seats are available.
I've never had this problem before though it is my first time booking on the CX website in a while. Are all the flights sold out or is something wrong here?
This is what I see:

 Don't think I've ever seen that at around this time of year... that's weird. Thanks, though.
Anyone know when CX will begin releasing seats?

I don't know. No one knows.
I lied, though.
830/840 have A4
... or would this actually be all the seats are sold out (YBHKLMV) because of peak student travel season??

Because all Y seats are sold out for the end of August. Suggest you to call TA and make a transit in either LAX or SFO, where B class is still possible.

If I were traveling on company $$$ I would use my own money to upgrade to J and demand to go direct.
