Johnson City is served by Tri-Cities Regional Airport (IATA Code TRI) and Johnson City Airport (0A4), located in Wautaga.

That is if Johnson City is the Johnson to which you refer.

As far as I know, Johnson, TN doesn't exist. You must be trying to get to Johnson City. My wife's family is from that area I have flown there on a regular basis for the past 30 years. TRI is the closest airport but can be expensive. I have also used Knoxville (TYS) and Asheville (AVL) airports which sometimes can be a lot cheaper.
