Marriott Rewards (including Ritz-Carlton) - Any beach hotels that are cat 4?

With the promotion going on I will have numerous free stays in a Cat4 or lower Marriott brand hotel. Does anyone know of any beach hotels that are Category 4 or lower? I have been to the PR Isla Verde Courtyard and loved it but it is a Category 5. Same with the Cancun Casa Magna.
Anyone have any Category 4 hotels that would be beach vacations for a northern snowbird come this winter?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I am one more stay away from completing that promotion. I plan to use my 3 free certificates at this hotel in October. Venezuela on the beach.

I can't imagine there are many beach hotels that one would want to stay at if only a cat 4. Jus' sayin'....

True, but with those certificates being cat 4, it kind of limits our options. That hotel in Venezuela looks nice though.

A list of hotels in each Marriott category can be found on-line under Marriott Rewards. You might find some ideas there, and then could ask about specific properties.
Sometimes it is hard to offer assistance on a general question across all brands and continents. ;).
And although it might be hard to find a nice resort at a Cat 4, there are certainly some decent properties in beach towns that are Cat 4's. And let's get real....free nights without use of points can make decent look pretty good.

It's not much of a beach, but we're hoping to use some of our Cat 4 certs here:

This is an airport hotel and although their website kindda gives the impression they are a resort on the beach, but the beach is not walkable from hotel, not that you would want to it is very polluted..............

JW Cairo is playing the beach designation a little fast and loose... ;)
That Antalya hotel looks pretty nice.
Not a beach hotel, but I have 2 Cat 4 nights booked at the Marriott near Petra. Kind of debating whether to keep those nights or just do paid nights closer to the actual entrance to Petra (at non-Marriotts).
The Megabonuses are really starting to have limited utility for me. Many of the places where I used Cat 4's 2 or 3 years ago are now Cat 5's.
I wish we at least had the option of using the Cat 4 certs as credit towards higher-category hotels. Cat 4 can still go a long way in Asia or parts of the Middle East, but every year it gets a little harder to use them.
The search may have pulled this from the hotel's description: "feature stunning views of our emerald green golf course or "The Beach"."

If its true that this is the only beach in the island, wouldn't it make it overly crowded?
As the cert can be used up to Cat 4, I should have also searched Cat 1-3. Here is the full list.

Several do look dubious in terms of "Beach" - the map shows the JW Cairo about 50 miles from any coast, and that's the Suez Canal. 80 miles to the Mediterranean. This is just reporting what Marriott reports.

I can assure you it's not the only beach on the island of Hawai'i
- JW Cairo is on the Nile River - no beach for several hundred miles (yu'll find beaches down in Taba or Sharm or up in Alex but not in CAI)
- Rayong will be near the beach once it actually opens (hopefully in September but this project has posted opening dates before which have never been met, although his time they are starting to staff so there's a glimmer of hope that Sept will be real - they even had point stretcher adverts for earlier this year!)

You are correct............ my misstake (senility setting in!)........... lived in Heliopolis for over a year as in-house counsel to company that built to own the Hyatt in Sharm so this prop must have been opened after I left CAI......
