Star Alliance - ORD - TLV ... Best options/Routing?

Going in October. I'm trying to figure out the best routing/equipment/timing, etc.
I would obviously prefer to stay on *A, while earning United PQM's.

There is a EWR-TLV flight on the 777-2, but I don't think those are flatbed seats, and for a 10 hour flight, I have to imagine there are better options.

Thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Those are flatbed seats.

The UA flights are the sCO 772s with a very good flat bed seat. The US flights from PHL are the 330s which are also the new product and very nice. I believe AC has flights from YYZ which would also be flat beds.

The only way you fly *A and end up not in a flat bed is if you connect in Europe.

I'd go with TK (ORD-IST-TLV).
