Alibris sells used and discounted books of all kinds, including textboos (up to 80% discount). As a promo for their back-to-school textbook sales they are offering a contest (enter with email address) with various prizes up to and including $1,000 applied toward airfare.

The Coast-to-Toast giveaway begins June 28, 2012, and ends on September 15, 2012. United States residents may enter by providing a valid e-mail address via the submission form on the Coast-to-Toast contest page during the giveaway's stated operational period ("Term"). After providing their valid e-mail address, U.S.A. residents may enter the giveaway a second time by sharing a post on their own Facebook profile about the giveaway and then posting on the Alibris Facebook wall as instructed on the Coast-to-Toast contest page; entrants hereby authorize part or all of their posts' content to be used by Alibris ("Sponsor"), without recompense, for marketing purposes. By September 20, 2012, Alibris will randomly select 6 entries and award the following prizes—one per selected entrant ("Winner"):
1 $1,000 gift certificate for airfare
1 Hamilton Beach toaster
1 Koolatron dorm fridge
1 Panasonic nose-hair trimmer
1 My Little Pony
1 game of Spot It
Winners will be notified by e-mail by September 21, 2012. Only one prize per person may be awarded. A prize is not exchangeable or transferable; a non-cash prize is not redeemable for cash. Prizes unclaimed by October 21, 2012, may be re-awarded to different Winners or may be canceled, and Winners of unclaimed prizes will be nullified.
In lieu of online entry, the giveaway may be entered by sending a postcard (only one postcard entry per person during the Term) to the following address:
