InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - What is a qualifying night?

I just had a great stay at the IC Rialto in Melbourne but noticed that the stay was listed as two individual one night non-qualifying stays. In the Ts & Cs it says "most business rates" are qualifying and mine was a standard corporate rate.

Is this normal or likely to be an error?

It is likely an error. I suggest that you contact the Ambassador Service Centre and ask for the adjustment.

It was indeed an error and a quick (less than 10 minute) phone call to the PC hotline sorted things out.
