InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - New member bonus?

Sorry if asking a question that has been asked before or if posting thread in a wrong place, but searches have left me with nothing, so could someone please tell me if there is currently a way to get a sign-up bonus as a new member?

Not that I am aware off

There are numerous new member bonuses (with stay) listed on the master promo thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/intercontinental-hotels-priority-club-inter-continental-ambassador/1296668-ic-master-promo-thread-2012-a.html). But there isn't a bonus just for signing up.

Thanks for the replies. Their system seems to be down for the moment, but will try another day.

I don't know what IHGs definition of a "new member" is but I was able to sign up for this promo yesterday. I've been a PC member for years and an elite at various levels for about 5 years now.
