Hi
I understand that on the one class KA A320s, the first few rows have extra legroom which you can buy for $25. Can anyone tell me just how much extra space there is? (I'm also under the impression that the normal seat pitch is a bit tight on KA, but they're the only ones offering a direct flight).
Thanks
No charge for OW elites. Only exit rows have more room, around 36"

Yeah, on my last flight on KA, the FA moved me into an exit row seat for the short hop to HKT, glad she did, the regular seats don't offer much room on the A320s.

Only 32M has extra leg room seats in the front rows, whereas 32P does not.

Sorry, I haven't got a clue what that means....
The website shows 2 sorts of A320 - one has J class up front, the other (which I'm looking at) only has Y but the front 6 rows or so are marked with a "+".
It's a 3 hr flight so I really don't fancy 29"pitch but am travelling with my kids so an exit row is out too....
Edited to add...
Got it now. But if the plane has J seats I'll buy them. Reality is this one is Y only.....

The former is called 32P and the later is the newly introduced 32M.

So back to my original question - how much extra legroom is there? 3"? 6"?
Thanks

The seat pitch I believe is 33" in the "extra legroom" forward 32M seats, with exception to the bulkhead. The "extra legroom" exit row seating is 36" AFAIK.

Crikey - given TG offer 34" as standard, that's a robust offer (but it'll save a lot of time).
Many thanks comcats
