I have been using Alamo at Vegas (Las) for the last 6 years, once a year for my vacation, i am a Cadillac owner so i have always gone for the Luxury class, as they usually have a DTS Caddy or Similar available. Last year i reserved said class 4 months before my trip, it cost me $1700, which was getting very steep for my annual vacation budget, so this year i decided to be more cautious regarding the price, as i was informed if you keep an eye on the prices closer to your trip (my trip is 20 July) you should get a better deal. So in Feb i looked at the price (1900apx), April (1700), in May (1800), and finally at the end of June (1640), so i decided the following weekend i will reserve the 1640 price (i should mention these are 21 day prices), well, to get to my point...... i went on line to Alamo's sight and the "Luxury" class was not even listed as a choice anymore for Las vegas!!!!!. it seems to have been replaced by "Premium", which, as i am writing this is a great price (1400, for 21 days). Does anyone know why they removed the Luxury class?, and also, what type of cars are in the Premium class?, it is showing a Nissan Maxima. I am dubious about Premium class since National one year gave me a crappy Ford 500... sorry to ramble, first post....newbie....thanks. (i contacted Alamo, they gave no reason for the vanishing act.

Let me simplify the question. Does Alamo STILL have the Luxury Class at LAS, even though they no longer have it as a choice on their web sight?

I no longer see Luxury Class on National's site. Alamo & National share inventory. Premium was a Toyota Avalon last I checked. The Ford Taurus is often in the full sized section. Avis is full of this type of car when a full sized or larger car is reserved.

I saw a few Infiniti G37s at Alamo in LAS a week ago.

Thanks for the reply, i guess i will find out soon enough if they still have the Luxury class or not next week. As for Premium, G37 would be nice, and the Nissan Maxima might be there too.
