Virgin Atlantic Flying Club - Infant car seat

Hi All,

Booked the new grandchild on Virgin UK-US. Paid the chld fare and put in for the child seat. Does anyone have any experience with the provided infant/chld seat Virgin uses?

Since European airlines don't allow rear facing car seats in planes I was wondering how the Virgin ones worked?

I've only used it with a toddler and forward facing, i gave up trying to work out how it would work rear facing although it did recline, when my daughter was an infant i'm afraid i took the sky cot route, i've seen it being used since but again only forward facing :/
