You can go to the Hyatt website and in location type "Europe" when searching for hotels.

Thanks... I just thought there might be a simple list here of the hotel and which city and country it is in.
On my way to Hyatt.com

It's right here (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/hyatt-gold-passport/653132-hyatts-property-index-reviews-flyertalk.html), the first thread on the board - the first post in this thread has a list of all Hyatt properties, you just need to scroll down past the long list of US properties, and the medium list of Asian properties, until you get to the teeny list of European properties.

And the great thing is you have hotlinks to both the official Hyatt site and also the review on this board. Well done Peter and Markie!

HA HA. I was asking myself the same question as the OP only 2 days ago

I first went to the "property review sticky" thread here as I've always considered it a comprehensive list of properties. Well obviously, the Mods who maintain this don't travel to Europe much since they have so few European Hyatts in the sticky :(

So then I went to Hyatt.com
Tho the location search box says something like "city, state or country", I thought I'd try "europe" as my search criteria.
It worked !! It had a longer list than the review sticky. Then I realized that "europe" included the Middle East and other stretches of the imagination.
The actual list of European properties matched the sticky.

I never realized how pathetically weak Hyatt is in Europe.
I converted primarily from Hilton to Hyatt about 3 years ago, knowing Hyatt was far weaker in the USA than HHonors, but thinking they were strong internationally.

Obviously, I didn't do my homework.
But it hasn't been a problem for me ??? By coincidence .... my recent years "europe" stays have been London, Milan and Athens. I did think it odd that there was no Hyatt in Athens, but enjoyed the side trip to Thessaloniki which I took only because there's a Hyatt there.

The sticky is really helpful and contains all the EU locations, it's not the mod's fault that there are just a few.....

This sticky "list" is taken from Hyatt's own site (originally the list of properties that accept GCs as a proxy). We try to update it as soon as we know that a property is open (and the corresponding review thread when a review is posted). We do not put announcements of properties in the list since IMO - announcements are often very premature and many do not ever open as announced. If you are aware of properties that have opened / or existing reviews that have not been added to the Index, please let us know, occasionally we neglect to add especially if we're travelling (I usually travel with only an iPad which makes editing very difficult so usually I wait until I return home to do some cleanup).

I'm sorry that earlier post came out wrong.
I am very impressed by the "review sticky" and the amount of time it must take to maintain. I use it, not the Hyatt web, to get my 1st idea of properties in a general area.

I started the post with a laugh (HA HA) and the intent for the 1st half of the post was to laugh at my own thought process...

Where are the Europe properties in the "review sticky " ?
See, Hyatt web shows lots of stuff in Europe
Wait, most of those aren't what I'd call Europe
Golly Gee ... as always, the review sticky was the best starting point
Silly me for ever doubting the sticky

The sticky is really helpful and contains all the EU locations, it's not the mod's fault that there are just a few.....
Goodness. Taken out of context, that single line you quoted really makes me sound like a grump ;)
Back into context:

I mentioned how I consider the sticky to be comprehensive
that after researching, I found the sticky did contain "all" the European properties
that any confusion on my part was due to my being oblivious to Hyatt's weakness in Europe (despite being a 3 year Diamond)

Now look at me getting all defensive and stuff. Can you tell that I've been spending too much time on the United Airlines Forum ? :p

No apologies needed - the sticky has been in place quite a number of years and it's good to go over the methodology behind it's creation. As always, if you (or anyone) notices that there is a property (or review thread) that is not included, please let us know and we'll correct it - unfortunately it's manual and not automatic. Maintaining the sticky doesn't take that much time but creating it did.
