Hello,
If I'm using another *A program miles (United) for the free award tickets. Can I still use the A3 *G status for lounge access and priority baggage?

Yes you can . You can show your A3 Gold card at check in and lounge.

Yes, but only if you credit the miles on A3 (this has to be your FFP number registred for the flight).

So since this is a United bonus ticket, my A3 FF# can't be associated.
So if I understand correctly, I won't have any *G privileges, but will still be able to use lounges with the A3 card, right

I flew LH on a BMI reward ticket last year and put my LH SEN into the booking and didnt make a difference got all my lounge access and extra baggage.
As long as you show a Star Gold card at check in you will get ALL the associated perks.
Log onto LH.COM and manage my booking and enter your A3 card number in . Worked fine for me . Failing that LOT.COM

I took 8 flights in the past 6 months that were all booked using non-Aegean award miles (United, USAir, Aeroplan). All flights were operated by either United or USAir. Either immediately after booking each flight or during check-in, I switched the ff# to my Aegean number. Boarding passes always had *G printed on them and I never had a problem getting into a lounge. Checked luggage always required a manual over-ride by the check-in agent but I was always allowed to check 3 bags for free.

Doesn't matter how you paid for the ticket, miles or cash, you can put any FF number with the reservation.
Used US miles for an F trip that included a domestic segment on UA. Put my MP number in the FF field. IRROPS caused me to be rebooked in full Y, got the miles into my UA account ^.
