Nothing has been announced so in theory you'll be fine.
Can't check with bmi on Twitter anymore, maybe contact Club Carlson/Radisson direct to see if they're still a partner.
Have you credited to Radisson before? Do you know whether you need to be a member of their loyalty scheme, Club Carlson, or whether you just give your number at check-in/booking?

Yes I have credited before. I just sent the invoice per email to DC and always got the 1`000 miles.
You dont need to be member of Club Carlson for that.
Because I have 3 stays at Park Inn / Radisson in Juley.

If you'd registered for the Club Carlson Promo, you could have bagged 96k in Goldpoints... you might still be able to get in at the lower level of the promo for 30k GoldPoints...

I dont think is a loophole, with ClubCarlson you can`t earn miles only points. So I think its okay to get the extra 1`000 miles, as you dont need to be a member of CC to get them

Strangely, you're right. The only GoldPointPlus Term & Conditions specifically excluded double dipping.
The newer Club Carlson T&Cs make no reference, so it is not excluded.
