Hi Guys,

I have been using TripIt and Worldmate for a number of years on my BlackBerry devices primarily to manage itineraries. My BB was connected to a Microsoft Exchange Server and all my travel details synchronised to my central calendar. This meant that they were visible to anyone that I shared my calendar with and also showed me as unavailable when I was on flights, etc.

I have not moved across to an iPhone and rather than my TripIt / Worldmate travel details syncing to my primary calendar, they are instead presented as a separate calendar feed. This is fine for me, but because my primary exchange calendar does not contain the info, nobody else can see it. Additionally, it also means my primary calendar does not show me as unavailable when I am on flights.

Have I missed a config setting or is this by design?

I had been using WM for a few years on my BB. Several months ago I switched to iphone and had a similar problem with it feeding/syncing w my calendars. I contacted WM via email and they were great in helping me trouble shoot. It works great now, sorrry I don't remember what I had to do to correct it but can vouch for their techhelp services.

BTW, I've love WM -I have Gold edition, but have always wondered about Tripit. As you have both, what does one have that the other doesn't, or better put, why do you use both?
