Chase Ultimate Rewards - Got offered Chase Mileageplus Explorer 50k + 15k.. worth it?
Hey guys,
I just got a mail offer for the Mileageplus Explorer, 50,000 points on the first purchase and up to 15,000 over the year. $95, free first year.
Seem worth it?
Well I took the plunge and applied. Got approved and it's coming in the mail I guess.
I wonder can I get them to overnight the United Club passes though? :D I'm flying United First for my first time this weekend..
Noop. The passes come in weeks later

Rep said passes would come later, but you can consume a pass without physically holding it by showing your card and ID.

There is a slightly better offer out there, but you have to have a non-zero Mileage Plus balance, and find the right link.
Did you get an extra 5000 for adding an additional cardmember?
Good to know I can use a pass, I may just do that! I don't even have the physical card - just the version on my phone. But will the pass be on my account do you think?
And, yes I also had the 5k additional offer (but I've no one to put on it?) and another 10k with $25k/yr spend.

If I'm not mistaken, flying first class you should have lounge access anyway.

i don't understand how this is news..isn't this the standard offer avail(soon to be dying?)..why was a thread needed again?
United First doesn't get lounge access, only if traveling internationally, in Global First.
