How can I book a Kish or IranAir flight from DXB or AUH to KIH? Their flights don't show up on IATA (EF won't even recognize the airport).
OT, but is there any reason for concern with a Belgian passport, staying for a few hours on a tour? I tried searching, but only found one TR, and the guy seemed to have a bit of an issue with his USA passport.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

It might be my trip report you found? I wouldn't call it an issue, it just took longer than usual.
Only way to book is direct with Kish Air. Trying calling their office in Dubai.

How would I pay Kish? I presume they cannot accept a USA cc.

Cash. If you book through the travel agent in DXB airport you can pay with Visa for something like a 5% surcharge. Can be booked on the spot....
