Star Alliance - *A accrual mess up

I just returned from a trip to LCA and wanted to ask a question regarding my miles...

The flight details:

- ZRH-LCA on LX8370, operated by WK370
- LCA-GVA on LX8491, operated by WK491

According to LX M&M redemption plan, I'm entitled to earn miles on this codeshare with WK (and the fare booked earns miles).
No FFP number has been given at time of booking.

At check-in in ZRH for the first leg, I had to check in two bags so I presented my SQ*G card, which was fine. Bags checked, no problem. But then the SQ FFP number was entered and showed on my BP.

On the return flight, I had an issue at check-in as the desk agent stated that since it's operated by WK, I could not use my *A G card to waive the extra bag fee. After some discussion with her supervisor, I still managed to get the second bag in. But this time, no FFP number was entered.

The question is: can I claim these miles on my LX M&M account? No miles will be credited into SQ since SQ does not accept those WK miles. Will this affect the second leg? Does the FFP number entered at the first check-in point remain in the system?

What are my chances here? :rolleyes:

My main concern being:

- SQ number showing on first BP, but since SQ will not credit any miles, I shouldn't be getting the usual "sorry, you need to first delete the miles from airline A before we can credit it to airline B".

I never had a problem dumping Swiss L&K class segments to Aegean when they don't post to my Aeroplan account.

I guess I'll just give it a try in 14 days then...
