Hi,
A new law is coming into force in France on 1 July 2012 making it compulsory for drivers to carry two breathalyser kits in the car at all time.
This, along with a whole array of other kits (e.g. spare bulb kit, high-vis vest) make up quite a long list.
Can we rely on Avis to supply all the required kits to meet the minumum French statutory requirement when renting in France?
