At the bottom of every email is a line that says :

To be removed from further emails related to this survey, click here: UNSUBSCRIBE.

Th "Unsubscribe" link is personalize, do you won't be able to get it from someone else.

Interesting. I used to get a PMUA survey email after every trip was complete. I haven't seen one since 3/3.

I've had one, and so has my wife, for each flight we have taken since 5/1. About 8 flights.

Companies (or individuals for that matter) that send out mass emails are required by law to provide links for unsubscribing or modifying email preferences in every mass email they send.

I've been churning LAX-LAS roundtrips over the past week... some with same-day turns. So I often had three or four waiting in my inbox with the same subject line.

Out of curiosity, I clicked a survey link, and it's populated by the flight number and date information, so for flyers with multiple segments, they can figure out which one to do.

Anyone know how to opt back IN to the surveys? I, too, have not received a survey since 3/3, and I would like to get them.

Maybe they only survey people based on their status or their fare, possibly targeting their priority customers? Since 3/3 I've only flown UA a couple times (trying to avoid them but they pulled me in with the Explore the World promo) and it's all been paid int'l business and I'm a 1K. I've been guessing that's why I get the surveys.

I've yet to get one, either. :(

OTOH, almost every one of my trips post-3/3 has had significant irrops associated with it (mostly MX), so maybe UA doesn't want to hear my thoughts. :p

That's certainly possible. OTOH, I took my father (no status) on an int'l award ticket in F last month, after which he got a survey, but I didn't. That's why I thought maybe I'd accidentally opted myself out somewhere. And I actually have some good stuff to say, believe it or not! Ah well.
