I went to manage my booking online and it gave me the option to choose the soya chargrilled beef by Chef Murata. Then I looked on the SQ website to see the description and it was under the header for First/Suite.

Correct. Try to book the Wagyu and you will find out that it is only available on the F menu and also does not show up on the C selection drop down when you access your reservation and select a meal.
