It should. Domestic fares are typically the same both ways.

Seems to require an overnight in GEG due to the scheduling.

Just an FYI, the Doubletree Spokane is in downtown Spokane but has a free airport shuttle to GEG.

I live in Spokane (GEG) and this fare goes out into 2013 so I booked two trips, as I have family in the Chicago area.
Both trips were GEG-ORD on a Friday and return on a Sunday evening--nice schedule for a family visit. $240 ai round trip
