Travel Products - Samsonite MVS Spinner Backpack?

The above backpack appears to be a fairly new product, as I can see no reviews on it. I've worn out my old backpack on wheels, which I use as a carryon (Not my main suitcase). While I probably won't use it as a back pack, I like all the different compartments, particularly the separate one for my laptop. I also really like the spinner wheels. Although it seems to meet carry on size requirements, I'm somewhat concerned about the 12" depth of the bag. Would this be an issue getting it into the overhead compartment of most planes?

Any other comments pro or con?
