Since i'm no longer a 1K, can't use the 1K Voice avenue. Instead, I tried the standard form on .bomb. But I need to check of one of the many problems listed ie. Baggage, Flight, MP, etc. Since I'm having both flight and baggage issues, does it matter? I don't want to check the baggage and they just look at that particular issue on bag and don't address the flight issue.
