Honestly - once the electronic tickets were introduced who needs ticket offices. I call my T/A and ticket change (including exchange/re-issue if needed) is done in 5 minutes... I have never had an IROP situation with SK, but there are meany airlines who can do IROP changes (ticket change or FIM) at gate...
