Do you know if I can register Belavia flights on Flying Blue? If not, do you knwo which frequent flier company can I register it to?

Belavia is not an FB partner airline (http://partnersearch.ehn.klm.com/uk_en/search.jsp?q=belavia). However, if your flight is a KL codeshare, booked under the KL code, it should earn miles.
