Prices vary from OP's numbers of ~$191 to ~$207 to ~$222

It's the best routing that will price out (can't figure out a way to get it to price at EWR). Other top mileages (with 500 mile minimum):

I grabbed a 10K saver award to get there and routed through SFO on the way back. WN had a fare for $80 one-way SFO-LAS but I figured UA would handle irrops better. Maybe if I'm going to misconnect in LAS they'll put me on the SFO-IAD redeye in full Y? (Hey, a guy can dream!)

Last night my wife waited 1.5 hours to check her bag on WN since every pax had to rebook due to the fog at SFO and there were only 4 agents. No auto-rebooking, no kiosks reserved for non-messed-up itineraries.

My dream came true: SFO-LAS delayed, award ticket refunded, MR ticket rebooked SFO-IAD in Y.
