I love how Amtrak.com's profile where I can see reservations I've made and easily cancel them or change them. But one major flaw, is that it can only be used to see reservations I made online and paid for. I would love to see all my reservations, including my AGR award redemptions on this same site or ones I make on the phone.
With all the reservations I make, is this something that Amtrak is working on? I do find that phones agents are getting better about initially asking for my AGR number so they can immediately see my address and email. No need to give them all that.
