Hilton HHonors - Homewood would not take my United FF#

Today I checked-out at Homewood SJC and on the bill I noticed it had my old pre-merger United FF#. I asked for the new CO-style number to be put in, but the computer would not accept it. The girl also tried to find CO in the list of partners, but couldn't find it. I left the old UA number in. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Not all the partners have upgraded their systems yet. Leaving the old United number in will not result in a loss of credit, they will need to keep moving them behind the scenes to the new number for years to get all the partners up and running.

Doesn't help people who did not have an old number in the system, but that's another thread I'm sure.

My HHonors activity shows the miles were sent to the old UA number. I will report back when and if I receive them.

My Hilton UA miles showed-up today in my UA account.
