Credit Card Programs - Is there a good card or cards with a goal of a pool villa in Bali?

I'll probably be ready for a card or two in a couple weeks. I could probably manage one Chase if needed. The goal here is to offset the cost of a pool villa in Bali for a May '13 stay as much as possible. One thing I've noticed is the most readily affordable pool villas are at more boutique hotels vs chains, so that obviously hurts WRT credit card sign ups...
