Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Partner airlines to book Turkish Airlines travel?

Hi all -

So I'm trying to book an award trip on Turkish airlines (have a MileagePlus account) - On the miles&smiles, I can see that award travel is available:
IST to KGL on August 13th
NBO to BCN on August 25th

I just called United and they explained that while it might be on the Turkish Airlines website, they don't necessarily release seats to United MileagePlus...

I was going to transfer points in from my Ritz-Carlton rewards to book the ticket - I can transfer them into a number of Star Alliance programs but not Miles&Smiles.

What Star Alliance partner would allow me to make this booking? ANA?

Try the ANA tool (search around on FT for how to register and access) and see if that coincides with the availability shown on united.com (which displays TK award inventory). If neither shows, then the award availability you're checking on turkishairlines.com is probably the "Seat Guaranteed" type in the Miles&Smiles programme which I don't think is available to partners.

And anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if there's no availability. Booking award tickets for August 2012 is way too late.
