Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - No Snack Options CX101 HKG-SYD in J

Just noticed that on the HKG-SYD route, the menu no longer contains any snack options (and hence no noodle soup or Haagen-Dazs!). Most passengers seem to sleep anyway, but nevertheless an interesting (cost-saving?) measure.

This was flying on CX101 yesterday.

Did you asked the crew to get any snack?

I couldn't remember if the sanck was on my menu last time - but I asked anyway and got a bowl of wonton noodle soup. I guess sometimes not printed on the menu doesn't mean they don't have any onboard.

Slept through Dinner and only fruit for breakfast as was not hungry. Just thought it was an interesting omission from the inflight menu.
