Just a note - all post-sale Air Baltic / airBaltic / BT - BTI (the flag carrier of Latvia, and an LCC) threads have been moved, and discussion on should be contained to, the Other European Frequent Flyer Programs (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/other-european-frequent-flyer-programs-469/) Forum.
