That isn't quite the latest version, although it's close (the latest one mentions free internet for RAs, and the points required for reward stays has been updated).

Ironically, it was the internet thing I was most interested in. My RA welcome pack was sent to my home address, which I very rarely get to, and when I checked in at the MEL IC they didn't mention free internet. I asked if it was included in my RA benifits and the girl at the front desk said she didn't know but would ask. Halfway through day 2 of a 2 day stay she rang me and said that my free internet had been "approved" but didn't confirm that it was an RA benefit. Having something in writing would make things quicker and easier for when I stay at properties that either a) don't know or b) are trying to get away with not providing it.
