Hilton HHonors - HHonors Points & Pay

Not sure if anyone can help but wondered about HHonors Points & Pay rates?
Do these earn any points at all as they are still close to half the full cash rate? Also do they count towards reaching your tier goals such as Gold?

New to program and trying to figue it all out.

My last three stays were all points stays. I got stay credit and night credit. I also got base points for spend.

The three stays and the points follow. The ES had a meal charged to room. The Hampton was just the stay. The Sandestin Resort was Diamond standard award and a Nor-1 upgrade and daily parking. All zero airline double dip due to unpaid reservation. I think I should have gotten base points for the meal at ES but no big deal.

Thanks InkUnderNails for the info. Good to hear so I can assume My Way options can still be fulfilled-ie room upgrade to exec floor if available when using a points/cash payment method?
