I see this is a new property? But here is no thread on the properties index and reviews page?

Anyone stayed there? What's it like compared to the Regency on Wacker?

stayed at the PH and HR there last week... while there I stopped into the HMM to check it out, and was not at all impressed with the property. The entire thing seemed overly dated. To be clear: we didn't stay there. There's a reason they're going to dump another 25MM starting in the fall.
