Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - IST lounge access - EU arrival, domestic departure

Apologies for cross-posting, I asked this question on the IST international lounge thread but fear I wasn't sufficiently clear.

FCOIST in J. Connecting to ISTASR in J. Star Alliance Gold. 2:30 connecting time.

May we use the lounge in the international terminal, or are we limited to the less-spectacular domestic lounge?
