US Airways Dividend Miles - SFO just got a lot better

UA is now operatiing SoCal flight out of T1. They have an air side suttle from T1 to T3 and the International terminal. This runs every 5 minutes. So, now you can use the United Clubs, get to good food and good shopping. SFO has always been tough, especially after the CO club closed, but this makes things much better.
I'd be careful with that. There's a very long thread in the UA Forum talking about problems with the buses and horrendous wait times. I'd hate to miss my flight because I was stuck over in the UA terminal, especially as the United Clubs are nothing to write home about.

Hah. I was in SEA over the past weekend. A girl I'm chasing was in SFO for work heading home to PHX with WN on Friday. We were talking on Gtalk and I'd been trying to convince her to spend the weekend with me.
So anyway, she finally caves, I scramble to burn some UA miles for SFO-SEA and told her to pack up and get to T3 ASAP. She saw the shuttle inside T1 and took the "cute little shuttle among the planes" over to T3. I didn't even realize it was back and was thrilled to hear it is.
According to her, T1 was packed because the weather had screwed up WN ops with several hour delays Seems UA, US and everyone else was doing much better. Well, sort of. UA system problem apparently - she got a handwritten UA boarding pass. Then sat on the tarmac for an hour after pushback with the engines off while they waited for a flight plan. But anyway...

That's awesome. Last time I had to connect on a PHL-SFO-YVR flight (US-UA) we missed it by 5 minutes because I had to get a cavity search at the security check at T-3.

Did this yesterday. Cleared security at T1 and took the shuttle to T3. There may have been issues in the first week but yesterday this was simple, easy and flawless. Took a total of 6 minutes. There are two shuttles one goes to T3 and the other goes to International terminal. I like the club at the International terminal better.
By the way I don't get the love of WN. All of the US and AS flights on time, at least 90% of the WN flights were delayed. Perfect day on the West Coast, wasn't weather. I see this everytime I'm in SFO, which is every other week

If only T3 were still scanner-free... this would be a great way to catch a US flight without having to opt-out. :-/

Any idea how late this runs? I couldn't find anything about it on the SFO website.
Thanks,
