Luxury Hotels - Looking for Luxurious Privacy in Caribbean

My wife and I are looking for a 10th anniversary destination in the Caribbean (we only have time for a long weekend, unfortunately) and she desperately wants something that is luxurious and service oriented but also offers great privacy in the room/suite/villa.

I've read a number of threads on this board and looked at Amanyara, Parrot Cay and Cayo Espanto, all of which (especially Amanyara) seem to fit the bill.

Are there any other options? There are many other great resorts I've looked at (Sandy Lane, etc.) but though very nice they don't seem to offer that sort of privacy.

We are looking for a short trip, and we are looking for full service (cleaning, dining, etc) so I don't think a private house rental will work.

An estate suite at Jumby Bay is very private.... except for the ducks around the pool. The pool and courtyard suites a little less so, but the island feel makes the whole place feel private.

Mustique is magical.

A couple years ago my wife and I rented out a villa on Anguilla that was absolutely fantastic.

Owners were so wonderful and pleasant, beautiful home, gorgeous island ... everything we needed for our anniversary, and we could basically stay in a different room each night. Makes me want to head back now.

I was at the Viceroy Anguilla last year and found the service subpar, quality of food very average and the did not like the giant size of the resort.
