LAN LANPASS - LANPASS cancelled award reservation on Alaska on Sat over $12, anything I can do?

Hi everyone,

I booked an award ticket on Alaska using my LANPASS kilometers on Friday from OAK to PDX, I used my VISA to pay the $12 in taxes, I thought everything was fine.
I get an email on Saturday stating that my reservation will be cancelled due to a declined credit card, I call LAN and no one is able to fix that until the LANPASS desk opens on Monday, Is there anything I can do? I don't want to lose my ticket.

Thanks, I tried that, but it informed me that I could not pay online, as it was an award ticket. I will call tomorrow morning and hope someone is able to rebook me, LAN is very hard to work with.

I'm very happy with AA and now also with AV/TA.

Lanpass sucks in every aspect, starting ith availability.
