Swiss International Airlines - Problem with credting miles - "leg already credited"

hey there,
back almost two months ago I was travelling with LX (part of a longer itinerary) MUC(LH)-ZRH-NBO-ZRH-WAW.
All of the flights appeared on my m&m account almost immediately. Except NBO-ZRH leg. Same ticket, same booking class (V), same travel agent.
After two weeks I have used an online form to claim those miles - got "leg already credited" as a response, no miles. (Translating from Polish, might be a different wording in English/German. Definitely not a "passenger not found" message).
No problem, sometimes even LX may have a small mess, I have sent my printed boarding pass and booking confirmation via fax to M&M in Germany with a small cover letter. Just seen the same response on my m&m account (second note of "leg already ...", zero miles).
Weird, isn't it? Have you ever experienced anything similar? Any suggestions how to get those miles on my account?

I'm also having problems getting two flights credited to my account... Same "flight already credited" when trying to request missing miles. It seems that since the upgrade there have been a few more of these.
I've send them an email and got a reaply that they have forwarded it to the crediting dept. So far (after two more weeks) still no further action.
My flights were with UA, but it looks like the same problem...

Same problem with an OS leg on a multi-segment LH/OS trip in Z. Even with the exemplary New York HON service center eventually on the case it took a lot of teeth-pulling to get the mileage credited. Perhaps this is one of the problems (software? overworked personnel?) the team Oliver2002 alluded to in another recent thread will look into. One wonders whether the further layoffs under SCORE14 will hit the M&M back office even more.
You might wish to bring the problem up with your LH station contacts in GDN or WAW if the miles don't appear shortly.

after waiting 15mins in the loop I was connected to a pretty knowledgable agent who explained that airline has been contacted and most likely miles will appear online in a circa week time
If above is true they might consider changing caption into "Work in Progress, ETA XX-XX-XXXX"

These people are completely useless... This is what I got today after e-mailing about the problem twice already (And yes, those "difficult to understand" references in my mileage summary were created by M&M after my requests. It seems they just enter the mileage request in their systems but don't look at the results):
We understand that you find the repeated references about a specific flight on your mileage summary very confusing. However, every transaction is registered and recorded. If, for example, you enter your flight details online more than once or you send us your documents for manual processing because the software would not accept the flight, a comment is automatically displayed in your mileage summary.
Naturally, we will be happy to process your miles manually if you send us your original boarding passes and a copy of the corresponding ticket or passenger receipt within six months from the departure date.

so, after four calls, two emails and one fax miles got credited to my account last Friday. Amount of apologies I heard was stunning but they have finally managed to do it right. I was given "missing middle name" as a reason for the mismatch. Bizzare.

You can say that again.... I'm on my fourth attempt to get some miles credited from UA flights in May. Pure incompetence so far.
And I'm flying UA again a few times this week :-(.

Both with the crappy quality from UA and getting the miles :-).
And today.... Another "flight already credited" in my account. Guess I will have to start calling.
