The pmUA website had a nice page that accounted for additions, subtractions and other events involving SWU and CR1s. You could tell when you applied an upgrade vehicle, to what flight (and traveler) and if it failed to clear, when it was redeposited.

The new webpage seems to have nothing similar. You can see "GPU used" on the statement page, but you can't tell for what. I have had several failed sponsored upgrades recently with no redeposit, and I can't fully arm myself to call the MP desk for help. Specifically, I can't tell which of the failed GPUs were redeposited and which weren't. Am I missing a hidden useful link??

Ur not. Just call them. They can redeposit immediately. Don't wait for the system.

Yes, I also miss that page and hopefully the "new web page" that UA Insider has mentioned will have that feature.

I have tried and tried and tried to get an RPU returned to my husbands account: the 1K desk transfers me to MP and the people there do
not have a clue how to put RPUs and GPUs back...you usually need to talk to a supervisor. It used to be so easy.....sigh.

And on another note: double check the expiry date on your GPUs. When they re-deposited GPUs back in my husbands account last week, the expiry date had reverted to 9/30/2012 instead of the 12/31/2012 (I had gotten them extended in January) and that took ANOTHER chat with a MP Supervisor!:p

Failed GPUs for me over the past month have not been redeposited. I'm at a count of 4 now. Is this a known problem affecting everyone?

I've emailed 1kvoice to ask for details about my RPU usage and they were pretty fast to respond (4-5 days?).
