I have booked my first award flight (yay!) Calgary-London-Vienna (Air Canada/Austrian Airlines), the question is -- can I access the First lounges at LHR or only the business ones with a ticket that says "executive"? Does this matter, even? The 77W is two-class service so there is not much guidance. I do not have any status.

Also, which lounge do you recommend? I land at Terminal 3 and leave from Terminal 1.

A neither of the Airlines has First Class you cannot use a First Class Lounge. So its MLL at YYC and *A Business Lounge at T1 -LHR. Shortly the BMI Lounges in T1 will have become OW/BA.

Do not miss the AC Arrivals lounge in LHR T3. It is open am only, and has showers, Internet, papers, and epic breakfasts!

I think porridge is only available before 10 (or maybe 11?) though. Of course, it's still a good place to indulge in an extremely unhealthy bacon butty. :D
