TG has finally released their domestic discounts for flights through Sept 30. Prior to today the discount fares were only available through June 30.
The discounted bookings can be done here (http://www.thaiairways.com/offers/special-fare-promotions/en/thailandplus_en.htm). You will not be able to get these fares from the home page domestic booking engine.
