I will be flying into NRT and overnighting. I read somewhere while back, NH used to offer comp hotel. Is this still the case?
If not, what would be a good hotel for a 23hr layover? IC Tokyo Bay?

Thanks. I tried searching but only found threads a few years old.
There are inexpensive hotel options available at Narita city which can cost as little as US$50. They can be reachable via local train, which is about 220 yen. Even Toyko is reachable by local train (taking more time, of course) for about 800 yen vs the 3000 yen for NEX. There's not much at Narita-shi, though there is mall reachable via bus and a temple in the city.

The airlines used to put people with overnight connections up in nondescript hotels located in an area that looked that the vicinity of any suburban airport in the world.
If you take the train into Narita, you can put yourself up in low-cost but perfectly adequate hotels and get a taste of a real Japanese town, including a very famous temple and restaurants and souvenir shops that are used to catering to airline personnel.
