Room77.com just launched a "Summer of Free Wi-Fi" promo which extends a rebate (up to $15/day) for ANY hotel booked through the site where a hotel charges for Internet (which also includes bookings via Expedia, Booking.com etc. partners done on Room77.com)
Some rates are even 'Pay at Hotel' and also earn loyalty points (similar to booking direct at Marriott.com for example)
